GEC classes are classes for 2 - 4 people performed on the mat and use the springs and equipment on the 'tower' or 'wall-unit' and the spine correctors or small barrel. The benefit of our GEC classes are that you receive personal attention and we are able to progress each class as we book in 6 - 8 week terms; this ensures that we get the same people every week enabling us to advance the class.
6-8 WEEK TERM BOOKINGS
We book in line with school terms in London.
Clients commit to and pay in advance for the term.
Sessions missed with 24 hours or more notice can be made up in another scheduled duet or GEC class or by paying an additional £35 and take a private session.
Booked in 6-8 week terms.
Payable upfront & non-refundable.
We accept cash or bank transfer. No cards.
Group classes are “closed” classes - no drop ins.
Everyone wanting to join an already existing class will need to take a private or series of privates to 'catch-up' to the level of the class.

INJURIES AND GROUP CLASSES
If you are living with a serious physical issue or injury, we strongly suggest you start with private sessions as group classes are not the best place to address the complex issues surrounding injuries. Once you have reached a certain level in your Pilates it may be possible to join a group class at the discretion of your instructor.

Intermediate level mat work is a strong workout which can go a long way towards keeping you in shape.
You need experience of the full Intermediate mat order.
These classes offer true, full advanced mat for which you will need considerable experience of Classical Pilates. Advanced mat is genuinely advanced and gives you a very tough, challenging workout.
