CLASSES

Classes for 2 - 5 people performed on the equipment. 

GECs classes have a Certified Teacher and when needed an assistant, to maximise personal attention. It is the most cost effective way to study Pilates.

We have 2 different types of GEC classes: 

Tower/Wall-Units, and/or Reformer

These classes will sometimes use Mat, Spine Correctors/Small Barrels, Magic Circles and Standing Work.  

​

If you never have used equipment we highly recommend to book a First Time Private session (£35) with one of our teachers or to join one of our 'Intro to Pilates' courses. 

If you are joining a class that is not Fundamental / Open Level we advise you speak with your Instructor first, to check that the level of the class is appropriate for you.

Membership available.

Drop-in - £36pp per class.

10 class card- £340 valid for 4 months.

Reformer Classes and Group Equipment Classes are the same price.

Payments and management of bookings can be done through Bsport.

INJURIES AND GROUP CLASSES

If you are living with a serious physical issue or injury, we strongly suggest you start with private sessions as group classes are not the best place to address the complex issues surrounding injuries. Once you have reached a certain level in your Pilates it may be possible to join a group class at the discretion of your instructor.

LEVELS
 
FUNDAMENTAL / OPEN LEVEL
This is a multi-level class, designed to help you improve your technique. Suitable for beginners, but will offer a good workout to those with more experience, deepening their Pilates understanding. 
INTERMEDIATE
Intermediate level work is a strong workout which can go a long way towards keeping you in shape.  
You need experience of the Intermediate work.
ADVANCED CLASSES

These classes offer true, full advanced workout for which you will need considerable experience of Classical Pilates. Advanced GECs are genuinely advanced and will give you a very tough, challenging workout.

*For Advanced Reformer class we require the clients to take a private session first to assess if they are at the correct level for the class.

MEN CLASSES

These classes are catered towards Classical Pilates Men exercises. They will use heavier springs and will require a strong upper body strength and powerhouse. You don't need to be a man to join, but you will need a lot of strength and knowledge of the Pilates method.
