STUDIO POLICIES

​​

  • New clients should start with at least one private session to assess their individual needs and develop a strong understanding of the basics of Pilates. We offer this first individual session half price.

​

  • First time half price session offered to London residents only.

​

  • All Group Classes take place in our 'Group Studio' 4 Ossian Mews London N4 4DT (located in the same Mews as the private studio).

​

  • All Private and Duet Sessions take place in our 'Private Studio' 6 Ossian Mews London N4 4DT.

​

  • Please wear fitted clothing that you can move comfortably in and clean socks. It is best to tie long hair back and not wear jewellery.

​

  • Please avoid wearing zips or buttons on the back of your clothing as it damages the equipment.

​

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first session.

​

  • Group classes will normally, though not always, be taught by the named teacher. Kinetic Pilates reserves the right to substitute teachers as needed.

​

  • All classes last 55 minutes.

​

  • For Duets, Group Equipment Classes and Mat classes we work on a term basis, based around the Harringey school term. 

​

  • If any outstanding payment hasn't been made within 7 days, the studio reserves the right to charge a £10 admin fee.

​

  • We run a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes and sessions.

​​

  • Kinetic Pilates does not issue refunds - however payment can be gifted to another party without penalty and with approval of management within 3 months of purchase.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

​

  • Cancellations and appointment changes may be made without charge if a full 24 hours notice is given. Any cancellations or appointment changes made less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.

​

  • You can book a regular session time and can do multiple sessions a week.

​

GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASSES

DUET SESSIONS

  • Duets are 2 people in a class.​

​

​GROUP MAT CLASSES

​

ONLINE CLASSES

  • Ensure you have read and understood the different levels of the classes and only take the ones appropriate for you. If you are unsure as to what type of class would be suitable for you please contact the studio.

  • Please note our online group classes are not suitable for anyone who has not been signed off by a medical professional following injury, or other health issues which may affect your ability to exercise. Kinetic Pilates will not be held responsible for any injury following our online sessions.

​

  • Individuals are responsible for themselves and need to skip or modify exercises as necessary.

​

  • Classes are taken at your own risk.

​

  • Payments will be held on account and are non-refundable. Once the studio is open credit on accounts can be used toward studio sessions.

​

  • Payments are valid for 3 months. 

​

  • If you currently have money on your account from previous group classes or private sessions, you can use this money to purchase online classes.

​

  • Please ensure you have enough space to move safely, so that nothing will obstruct your movement.

​

  • 24hr cancellation policy applies.
