Private sessions are the best way to improve and develop your Pilates practice.

Private sessions are all about you, they offer one-on-one attention and access to all equipment in the studio, They focus on your individual needs and goals and provide the best opportunity to delve deep into progressing your Pilates practice.

DUETS

Duet sessions are for 2 people and 1 instructor and are based on all equipment.

Split the cost of a private and train with a partner by booking a Duet.

Studio is not responsible for providing a duet partner.

Please contact the studio to book a duet.

ONLINE

To book an Online Private Session, please book a normal private and make a note on the Notes Section indicating the session will be online and you will receive a link via email.

GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASSES (GECs)

Reformer Class

In these classes you will work on classical reformers and learn the classical order of exercises.

Tower Class

In these classes you will work with the Tower and Mat and may use the Spine Corrector, Magic Circles, and standing work.

If you are new to GECs we recommend booking a half price First Time Private.

INTRODUCTION TO PILATES

4 week Introduction to Classical Pilates for beginners

A 4 week course designed for beginners, those new to Pilates.

You will learn the basic principles of Pilates and develop a fundamental understanding of the work.

These small group classes will cover work on the Reformer, Tower, Mat, Magic Circle and Standing Work.

Maximum of 5 people in class to provide needed individual attention.

MAT CLASSES

Mat Classes are a cost effective way to study Pilates, a supplement to private sessions and GECs. In addition to the mat, classes use the Magic Circle and standing work.

Classes run simultaneously in-studio and online.

The Online option makes it possible for those not able to make it to the studio, or those not based in London, to take class with Kinetic Pilates.
