We are incredibly excited to be able to reopen our doors from Saturday 25th July and look forward to welcoming you back. The wellbeing of our clients has always been top priority for us. To make sure that we reopen our studio in the safest way possible, we’ve reviewed and updated our health and safety standards with the safety of our team and clients in mind.

Below are just some of the ways we’ll be working in the future to ensure every visit to Kinetic Pilates is enjoyed safely. We will constantly be reviewing guidance on capacity and processes and will share any updates with you.

  • The team have been trained to ensure hygiene standards and health and safety protocols are maintained at all times.

  • Stringent hand washing will take place in between all clients.

  • A new cleaning checklist has been created to ensure that all areas of the studio are cleaned and that high contact touch points are cleaned frequently.

  • Employees will self-isolate at home if they or someone they have been in contact with are showing symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19.

  • Staff will wear appropriate PPE equipment when conducting private sessions when social distancing is more difficult.

  • Your session will predominately be instructed from the side to avoid face to face contact wherever possible and tactile cueing will be limited.

  • We ask that you read the confirmation email sent to you 24-hours before your session and by confirming your appointment you are agreeing to that you are not showing symptoms of Covid-19 and that you have not been in contact with anyone who has.

  • We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session is due to start to help ease congestion in the studio.

  • We ask that you wash your hands upon arrival.

  • We encourage you to arrive ready in your work out gear

  • Clean socks must be worn during sessions

  • Water will be unavailable in the studio so please make sure you bring your water bottles filled up.

  • For the time-being all of our mat classes will remain online to ease any possible congestion in the studio.

  • Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the studio and we encourage clients to use this upon arrival to the studio and as well as after your session.

  • In our bathrooms we have replaced all towels with disposable towels and encourage you to wash your hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds when you do so.

  • A new cleaning checklist has been created to ensure that all areas of the studio are cleaned and that high contact touch points are cleaned frequently.

  • We will be switching off the use of recirculated air in our studio so that only fresh air is used.

  • We will be taking card payments only through our booking systems and/or bank transfer, cash will not be accepted.

  • We will be limiting the capacity of the studio and as such the amount of teachers that are able to teach at any given time will be reduced.

  • During your session you will be required to clean any equipment that you will not be returning to. We will provide sufficient cleaning materials and instructions to do so.

  • Although clients are not required to wear PPE, we would encourage you to do so if you so wish.

  • We ask that you respect and adhere social distancing guidelines to maintain a minimum safety distance especially when waiting for your appointment.
