Nothing is better than booking a private session or group class with a teacher, their instruction and eyes on you will ensure you get the most out of your sessions. However, we understand this is not always possible. Here are pre-recorded Kinetic Pilates classes to keep you going until you are able to book in to see us. Please share with your friends and family and remember we offer in-studio classes and sessions for those able to come and see us in London and offer on-line to those not able to make it in to the studio (from anywhere in the world!)
The Basic Mat is a fantastic sequence of Pilates exercises to stretch, strengthen and invigorate you! It takes very little time to do and all you need is yourself and a mat. Rebecca Convey from Kinetic Pilates leads us through the mat work with some tips and guidance on how to modify the exercises according to your body.
Kinetic Pilates Instructor Gilli Vafidis takes you through some seated Pilates exercises which are excellent to help you get into your body without strain; but that doesn't mean you won't be working hard! You will need a stable chair and a towel to follow this class. Gilli's runs a seated class twice weekly which is free of charge. Please see our freedom classes page for more details.
