                                  Kinetic Pilates is a Pilates studio in a beautiful Mews in Stroud Green, between Crouch End and Finsbury Park. 

                                  What makes us different is the individual attention you get as a client combined with the high level of training demanded before our instructors can qualify, which includes many hundreds of hours of practice, teaching and observation. 

                                  Our training has an special focus on adapting the exercises to your body and your needs. It is not simply enough to go through the motions – you need to know how the exercise works best for you, which can mean that you do it very differently from the person sitting next to you in class.

                                  Hands-On Small Groups For Best Results

                                  We work in small groups and encourage people to begin with a private session or two so that we can get used to your individual needs before you join a group. We do not launch beginners into an equipment training routine and just let you get on with it with occasional hints on how to do it better, we watch and teach in a very hands-on way for the entire session. You simply get better quality teaching.

                                  Whether you are recovering from an injury or back pain, childbirth or simply want to look and feel better, Kinetic Pilates offers a class to meet your requirements. We work on the original pilates apparatus, have highly trained instructors, and offer a personalised, friendly and rigorous approach to training which our clients appreciate.
